1.5 TYRE CHANGER INSTALLATION

NOTE: This procedure should be performed only by an authorised operator.
The S 200 model tyre changers are sold partially assembled. The machine must be
handled with a fork-lift truck. A motor lifting equipment may be necessary during
installation.

1.5.1. Workplace requirements

Install the machine in compliance with all the applicable safety standards,
including, but not limited to, those issued by OSHA
IMPORTANT: for the correct and safe operation of the equipment, the ambient
lighting level should be at least 300 lux. Do not install the machine outdoors. It is
designed to be used in closed, covered areas.
RISK OF EXPLOSION OR FIRE. Do not use the machine in areas that could be exposed to
inflammable vapours (petrol, paint solvents, etc.). Do not install the machine in a narrow area
or position it below floor level.
Placement
The tyre changer must be placed in a
dry place, which is not subjected to
moisture. There must be a clearance of
at least 1 meter in front of the operator
and on his/her left.
The workplace and machine dimensions
are indicated to the side
