Edit language
Standard languages cannot be edited. With the Ecolab PC Setup program,
you can only edit the languages you created. See Fig. 121.
The following figure shows the source language text on the left side and the target
language on the right.
n Drop-down list "source language": Select the language in the left column.
This language cannot be edited.
n "Target language" drop-down list: Select the language in the right column.
It can only be edited in this column.

Texts that are displayed in red on a white background have not yet been processed
(equivalent to not translated). The other display types are listed below in the "Toolbar"
section. To change a text, just click with the left mouse button in the text box.
The selected field has a black frame around it. If you changed the text, when you leave
the field is appears in black lettering on a white background. The text is considered edited
(translated).
Static texts such as the names of parameters that are too long for the
display screen of the device are automatically abbreviated in the menus
( "...").
In the dialogue box for setting the relevant parameter, the text is displayed
in full. Texts should generally be as short and clear as possible. Longer
texts that appear in the same menu should differ already at the beginning of
the text.
