Inserting a floor plate

▷ Insert the floor plate.

Electrical connection

The electrical connection is to be made via a
socket outlet with earthing contact providing 220-
240 V and
50 - 60 Hz. This socket outlet must be located
close to the furnace and be easily accessible.
When using an extension cord or a multiple socket
outlet, do not exceed the respective max. electri-
cal load rating.
WARNING:
The mains cable may not be damaged!
▷ Do not place objects on the mains cable.
▷ Lay the mains cable in such a manner that
nobody can step on or trip over it.
▷ Pay attention that the cable does not have
contact with hot objects or surfaces.
▷ In case of damage to the insulation: Replace
the mains cable.

NOTE:
Do not insert the mains plug before the heating
elements have been inserted.
▷ Set the mains switch to the 0 position.
▷ Connect the enclosed mains cable to the socket
intended for this purpose on the rear of the fur-
nace.

▷ Connect the other end of the cable to the socket
outlet with earthing contact.
The mains cable may only be replaced against an
original mains cable from the manufacturer.
