INSTALLATION - CORPUS SUPPORT PAD AND HARDWARE ADJUSTMENT
Attaching BodiLink Head Support Hardware to the Corpus Headrest Support Pad
Package contents: Corpus Adapter Plate; (4) M6 x 1 x 10mm socket head cap screws; (3) M6 x 1 x 20mm socket head cap screws; (3) safety
washers / Not included: 5mm hex key / Material: aluminum
WARNING: The Corpus Adapter Plate is intended ONLY to
be used with the Corpus Headrest Support Pad to attach to
BodiLink Head Support Hardware.
1 Align the holes in the Adapter Plate (A) and Corpus Headrest
Pad (B). Insert the four screws (C) and tighten.

Align the ball link and ball ring (D) with the ball receiver (E).
Loosely engage the three screws (F) and the safety washers
(G) with the three holes in the Adapter Plate (A).
Once all three screws are engaged, tighten them securely.
3 To position the headrest: Loosen all screws at adjustment
points, and position as desired.
Note: Loosening the three screws (F) around the ball ring
will allow pad orientation adjustment.

WARNING: If the three screws (F) around the ball ring are
not evenly tightened, unwanted movement may occur. After
installation and adjustment is complete, and before using the
headrest, make sure all the screws are evenly tightened.

Hardware Adjustment

Note: Adjustments should be made simultaneously with
support pad positioning adjustments.
Standard Taper Inserts

Loosen all of the hardware adjustment point screws,
allowing for the full articulation of the head support
to a desired position.

Hold the hardware and the support pad in place
while tightening each joint.
Tool-Less Wing Locks (not shown)
1 Turn the wing lock(s) counter-clockwise to loosen
the hardware adjustment points, allowing for
articulation.

Turn the wing lock(s) clockwise to tighten.
