and ice.

QUESO CON CHORIZO (CHEESE DIP WITH CHORIZO)

/ cup whipping cream

10 oz mozzarella cheese

• Sauté onion until nice golden color then add the garlic and sauté for
about 30 seconds
• Add the cream and cheese stir until melted then pour in serving dish
• Scatter chorizo on top of the dip
• Serve with Tostitos

1 roasted yellow pepper
1 roasted green pepper
1 tomato concassee
2 cloves garlic minced
Pasta
TT salt

• Fire the peppers and concase the tomato. And set to the side
• In a fry pan heat enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan
• Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds
• Add the peppers and the tomato to the oil
