3.0 Introduction

Congratulations on purchasing our pneumatic-electric
tire changer.
This tire changer is designed for ease of operation,
safe handling of rims, reliability and speed.
With a minimum of maintenance and care your tire
changer will provide many years of trouble-free
operation.
Instructions on use, maintenance and operational
requirements of the machine are covered in this
manual.
STORE THIS MANUAL IN A SAFE PLACE FOR
ANY FURTHER REFERENCE. READ THIS
MANUAL THOROUGHLY BEFORE USING THE
MACHINE.
Application.
The tire changer is intended to be used as a device
for automatically demounting, mounting and beading
motor vehicle and SUV tires mounted on one-piece
rims with the following specifi cations:

This device must be used in the application for which
it is specifically designed.Any other use shall be
considered as improper and thus not unreasonable.
The manufacturer shall not be considered liable
for possible damage caused by improper, wrong or
unreasonable use.

• Installation and Safety Guide. (standard
supplement).
Installation instructions
Further installation instructions are in the Appendix
of the Operator Manual.

The operator must learn in detail the instructions
contained in them and meticulously observe the
notes HAZARD and CAUTION WARNINGs.
• Spare Parts Booklet
Document used only by the Technical Support staff.
EC Declaration of Conformity
The EC Declaration is included in the Spare Parts
Booklet.
