• Check the lubricator effi ciency.
A drop falling into the transparent cone 'G' every
3-4 complete strokes of the bead breaker indicates
that the correct amount of oil is being supplied to
the system.
If necessary,
• Adjust the unit through screw "R" to correct the oil
fl ow as indicated above.

Every day,
carry out:

Cleaning with a dry cloth on parts:

• Drain water from fi lter 'F' by pulling down the quick
drain element 'S'.
• Check the oil level in the lubricator.
Topping up oil inside the lubricator:
• Disconnect the compressed air supply.

• Unscrew the "T" cup and remove it.
• Add oil until reaching the level marked on the
container.
• Make sure seals are in place before closing the cup
again.
USE ONLY OILS FOR AIR DEVICES, DO NOT USE
BRAKE FLUID OR OTHER NON RECOMMENDED
LUBRICANTS.

If the machines features an air reservoir
•
Drain condensate out of the reservoir.
