Before operating the machine ensure that you have well
understood the position and function of all the controls,
as explained in this chapter.

Functions description:
Operating controls area:
1 Up/Down Operating Angle Joystick
– Variation of the operating angle of both bead breaker
discs
2 Master Bead Breaker Joystick
- It moves the upper bead breaker up or down
3 Slave Bead Breaker Joystick
- It moves the lower bead breaker up or down
4 Bead Breaker Rod Lock Switch
- It locks/releases the bead breaker arms.
5 Wheel Fastening Lock/Release Control (*)
– Wheel fastening tool Lock/Release.
When key lights up, the wheel is locked.
6 Horizontal Tool Joystick
- It moves the tool horizontally.
7 Vertical Tool Joystick
- It moves the tool vertically.
8 Home key
- The Home key has two functions: if pressed once it
sets the tool to rest position, if pressed twice it sets the
tool to the desired working position.
The desired working position can be:
• Standard: the tool aligns (radially) with the bead
breaker.
• Custom: the tool aligns to the position set by the
operator by pressing the AUTO key (see par. 5.2.2)
If pressed for more than 2 seconds, the Home key
allows to: (one beep warns the user that this operation
is being carried out)
a. Reset the custom alignment position
b. Set the tool in working position.
9 Auto Key
– It activates the assisted demounting mode for the
upper bead.
Operating details available in point 5.2.2.1.
Other devices and controls:
10 Lower Camera Viewer (*)
- Monitor that shows the movement of the lower bead
breaker.
11 Pressure gauge
- Wheels pressure measuring instrument.
12 Technical Service Key
– For exclusive use of the technical service, if
accidentally activated press the "Auto Key" or turn the
machine off.
13 Wheel Defl ating Key
– It activates wheel defl ating.
