The sole remedy under the LOOK Limited Warranty or any implied warranty shall be limited to the
repair or replacement, at LOOK's sole option, of the subject product or parts thereof.
In no event shall LOOK, its agents or distributors, be liable for damages, direct, indirect or consequen-
tial, nor for any costs of transport or shipping of product, whether the claim be based on contract, war-
ranty, negligence, or product liability. As well, they will not be held responsible for loss or damage
to property other than the warranted product itself, nor for the loss or damage to other property or
other economic losses. Neither LOOK nor any agent or distributor shall be liable for contribution or
indemnity, whatever the cause. Warranty rights and remedies may not be assigned or transferred.
LOOK's obligations under any warranty shall be limited to the greatest extent allowed by law as
provided in this LOOK Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.

Prima di qualsiasi uso, si prega di leggere attentamente le presenti istruzioni per l'uso.
Il rischio è inerente alla pratica del ciclismo. Per ridurre i rischi di danni seri, occorre verificare che
la bicicletta sia sempre sottoposta a una corretta manutenzione e che tutti i suoi componenti siano cor-
rettamente assemblati e regolati. Durante la pratica del ciclismo, si consiglia vivamente di indossare
sempre un casco e rispettare il codice della strada. Inoltre, si consiglia di non fare affidamento soltanto
sui riflettori ma di usare i dispositivi d'illuminazione anteriori e posteriori montati sulla bicicletta,
nonché un giubbotto di sicurezza in caso di visibilità ridotta.
I pedali Kéo non devono essere usati da ciclisti principianti. Non sono stati progettati per sganciarsi
automaticamente in caso di incidente. Un uso appropriato dei pedali automatici da parte di ciclisti
comprovati migliorerà l'efficacia della pedalata ma possono rappresentare un fattore aggravante in
caso di caduta o incidente.
