pedal motion using the KEO FIT system available at your local authorized LOOK reseller.

TENSION ADJUSTMENT
The behaviour of blade pedals (BLADE technology) has allowed us to avoid
the need for stiffness adjustment. However, to satisfy consumers, we have
developed pedals offering several tension options. If for any reason you are
not satisfied with the tension of your pedals, at any time, you have the choice of
changing your pedals with you local authorized LOOK reseller.

KEO FIT ENGAGING / DISENGAGING
Engaging: Insert the cleat with respect to trajectory 1 (toe-in) and press down on the pedal (heel
down) per trajectory 2 to secure the cleat in the pedal.
Disengaging: twist your heel away from the bike, towards the outside, as seen in diagram 3.
Disengaging is possible towards the inside but is NOT recommended as it may be dangerous, your risk
putting your heel into the spokes of the rear wheel.
