Persons in household
1. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years
or more and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge,
provided they are supervised or have been instructed
in the safe use of the appliance and understand the
hazards involved.
2. Children must not play with the appliance.
3. Children from the age of 8 may be permitted to clean or
maintain the appliance, provided they are supervised.
4. Keep the appliance and the AC adapter out of the reach
of children under the age of 8. Connect the AC adapter
to a power source with the voltage specified on the type
plate.
5. The knife blades are very sharp. Always keep the blades
and the knife housing out of the reach of children.
When charged, the appliance can be operated without
being connected to the power source and therefore is
potentially dangerous.
6. To prevent the danger of injuries, never leave the knife
unattended when it is ready for use. We recommend
that you remove the blade immediately after use and
stow it away safely.
7. The appliance is designed for use in the household and
similar facilities, e.g.
ƒ tea kitchens in offices, shops, and other workplaces,
ƒ farms,
ƒ kitchenettes for guests in hotels, motels, hostels,
ƒ holiday homes, etc.
