4. To remove the knife blade, push in the two locking buttons on the
side of the housing again.
5. Carefully pull the blade out of the housing.
Caution: The knife blade is very sharp – danger
of injury! Misuse of the knife blade can sever
extremities – the fingers are especially at
risk. Hold the knife blade only by the finger
guard!

OPERATION

1. Make sure that the desired knife
blade is correctly mounted on
the appliance and remove the
protective sheath.
2. Now push the safety button and
then the ON/OFF button. Keep
both buttons pressed. As soon as
you release one of the buttons,
the appliance will switch off.
3. Let the knife blades glide through the food, with slight pressure.
4. When you set down the appliance, make sure that the cutting
edge of the knife blades is pointing down and not up. When not in
use, remove the knife blade immediately and stow it away safely.
5. Release both buttons to switch off the appliance. .

Never leave the appliance unattended when
it is ready for use. We recommend that you
always remove the blade immediately after
