Directions:
1. Wash, dry and cut the vegetables into pieces of approx. 1cm wide. Place them in a bowl, add the remaining ingre-
dients and mix well.
2. Place the low rack into the stainless steel container. Arrange the vegetables directly over the rack. Select the P.2 pro-
gram, set the temperature to 230º and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients:
• 5 Artichokes
• 2 Lemons
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Salt
• Black pepper
Directions:
1. Prepare a bowl of cold water with juice of half a lemon.
2. Remove all outer leaves of the artichokes, without removing the stem.Cut the stem tip and peel.
3. Cut the artichoke in half from top to bottom, obtaining two pieces with the half stem included. Place the two halves
into the bowl of water and lemon while cutting the rest of artichokes. Leave soaking for 10-15 minutes.
4. Remove the artichokes from water and drain. Place the artichokes stretched on baking pan and dress with olive oil,
salt, freshly ground pepper and the juice of the other lemon half.
5. Put the low rack into the stainless steel tray and on top of it the baking pan with the artichokes.
6. Select P.1 program at 220º and cook for 25 minutes. Halfway, flip the artichokes to roast well on both sides.

zucchini, onion, tomato, etc.)
• 3 tablespoons of acaloric oil or extra virgin olive oil
