Directions:
1. Rub both sides of meat with garlic. Garnish with salt and pepper. Reserve.
2. Use the double upper rack so that the meat is in uppermost position in the robot container. Select the P.2 program
(temperature 230 °), FOOD/ROLL, and grill for at least 8 minutes or according to your preference.
Hint: You can combine loin or sirloin steak with our recommendations of healthy garnishes on page 24-25.

Serves 4
Cooking time: 15 min.
Ingredients:
• 800g steak cut into medallions
• 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup milk cream
• 1/2 level teaspoon flour
• 1/2 cup cognac or brandy
• 1 crushed garlic
• 1/2 onion, chopped finely
• Freshly ground pepper
• Salt to taste
Directions:
1. Season meat with pepper, garlic, onion and salt.
2. Place the double upper rack and place the medallions of meat directly on the rack and grill at P.1 (220º) for 4 minutes
with FOOD / ROLL option.
3. While in a bowl, dilute the flour into the rum, add the milk cream and mix well.
4. Remove the upper rack with the steak and place the lower rack and the baking pan on top of it. Add the medallions
and cover with the mixture we have in the bowl. Leave 10-15 minutes at low temperature (140 °).
