Cooking time: 30 min.
Ingredients:
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 350ml of crushed tomatoes
• 800g Tuna
• 200g Peppers
• Onion 100g
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon salt
Directions:
1. Cut the onion and pepper into small dice.
2. Pour the oil into the pan and add the remaining ingredients, except the tuna. Season and stir.
3. Place the tuna spiced up into the stainless steel container on top of the sauce ingredients (step 2), close the lid, set P5
program (190º) and cook for 15 minutes.

Directions:
1. Put the raisins in a bowl with warm water and let soak for 15 minutes. Peel and chop the garlic and cut the onion into
slices. Wash and dry pieces of desalted cod with paper towels or a clean cloth.
2. Pour the olive oil and other ingredients in the bowl except the codfish. Stir well to break up the lumps of flour and
cod available above. Close the lid, set P5 program (190º) and cook for 15 minutes.
3. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
