Chicken breast with lemon and thyme
Serves 2
Cooking time: 40 min.
Ingredients:
• 2 small chicken breasts
• 1/2 lemon (zest and juice)
• 1/2 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 clove garlic
• 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
• Pepper and salt to taste
Directions:
1. Prepare the sauce: mix well zest and lemon juice, honey, olive oil, minced garlic and 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (leaves
only). Cover the chicken with the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Place the chicken breasts in the baking pan.
2. Place the low rack in the bottom of the stainless steel container and place the baking pan over the rack.
3. Select P.6 program, temperature 200 ° and cook for about 35-40minutos flipping the chicken breasts every 15 mi-
nutes. The sauce should be harder and "stick" to the breasts. When they are golden, take them out from robot and
sprinkle with the remaining thyme.
Quails in red wine
Directions
1. Place the low rack and baking pan. Add the rice, wine, raisins, almonds, jendibre, cloves and olive oil on the baking
pan and cook with the P.1 (220º) program for 3minutes.
2. Mix well and fill with equal amounts of rice mixture each quail.
3. Place the quails on the pan, drizzle with olive oil and cook with P.1 at 220 ° for 20 minutes. Turn over the quails,
sprinkle again with olive oil and cook for another 15 minutes.
4. Lay on a platter, pour the hot orange juice over each quail and serve.
