Note:
o Check to ensure that the endoscope is inserted completely into the Endoscope Mounting Feature of the Delivery Housing
and that the Delivery Housing is not expanded. Too tight of a fit can expand the Endoscope Mounting Feature making
the pushing mechanism sluggish and allow the clip to get hung up on deployment, especially in retroflexion.
o Check to ensure that the endoscope is inserted completely into the Endoscope Mounting Feature of the Delivery Housing
and that there is no gap on the open side where the endoscope and distal portion of the Delivery Housing meet.

If this gap cannot be removed, use an endoscope with a smaller distal tip diameter to ensure a better fit.

3. Grasp the Securing Strap and stretch it across the "C" shaped opening and secure the Securing Strap onto the #2 Securing
Strap Mounting Hook on the far side. See Figure 5.
