6.1 Description of the appliance.
The appliances are made entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel; the thickness of
the plates are such to guarantee a long life. All the appliances have a wash and
a rinse section, to which a pre-wash section or drying and steam condensation
units may be added on request. The racks are pulled through the sections by an
automatic system. Energy and noise dispersion are reduced to a minimum
thanks to the application of insulating panels on the tanks, doors and rear wall.
The wash and rinse pipes are made entirely of STAINLESS steel and have
bayonet fittings to make dismantling and internal cleaning easy. The
temperatures of all the various sections of the appliance are controlled by
thermostats. The appliances with drying system have a turbine which, taking air
from the outside makes it pass through a set of heating elements and conveys it
over the crockery. Condensation is obtained by extracting steam through the
coil of the regenerator in which cold water circulates.
