IMPORTANT TIPS IN THE EVENT OF MALFUNCTIONING
TROUBLE
7 Insufficient rinse temperature
8 During operation the cycle stops without any
diagnostics indication
9 The machine washes or rinses continuosly
when there are no racks inside.
10 The machine stops or does not start; the
stopping of racks feed is indicated.
POSSIBLE CAUSES AND REMEDIES
C) Check if the safety thermostat has tripped and if
so, check the relative causes.
D) Check that the thermometer is not out of
calibration or broken.
E) Check that the dynamic pressure at the
pressure reducer does not exceed the
recommended value.
F) Check that the coil of the contactor related to the
boiler heating element is intact.
G) Check correct operation of the heating elements
and that they are not covered by scale.
A) Check the overload cut-outs and reset them if
they have tripped.
B) Check that the light bulbs of the diagnostics
section are not burnt out.
A) Check correct operation of the economiser unit.
B) Check that the ballast container containing the
magnetic element of the economiser unit is
firmly screwed down at the right distance.
C) Check correct operation of the economiser
system proximity microswitch.
A) Restore condition C, as described in point 5.4.
B) If the machine does not go into the ''READY''
condition, there is a problem with the control
inverter of the rack feed unit driving motor.
