All the machine are fitted with safety device for correct, safe use of the same;
In particular
a)The inspection doors of the appliances are fitted with magnetic microswitches, so
that when the doors are opened the cycle of the appliance is stopped. The doors
also have a safety catch which prevents their total descent;
b) the boilers and the tanks are fitted with safety thermostats;
c) the heating elements are protected by fuses;
d) the appliances are protected against accidental start-up (blue "machine ready"
indicator light on the control panel);
e) the wash pumps and the motors are fitted with a magnetothermal cut-out,
f) the appliances are designed for connection to a micro limit switch for the
rack exit tables it should be remembered that;
g) it is forbidden to access inside the control panel;
h) when the movement system is in operation, it is highly dangerous to enter into
and exit from the appliance;
i) it is forbidden to use the appliance without the supervision of an operator.
IMPORTANT: If it is necessary to replace the boiler or its heating element, it is
compulsory to repeat the "FIRST FILLING" procedure described in section 4.2.
This is done in order to avoid the heating element working "dry" with risk of
damaging the actual boiler
The control panel of each machine have a diagnostic section consisting of
4 alarm warning light (red) to indicate:no water
There is also an emergency button (large red button) to stop the appliance.
N.B. In mod. AR 1650 stopping of the flight is not signalled by the diagnostics section
Since the gearmotor has a mechanical torque limiter (oil bath clutch).In this case the
appliance continues to operate without the racks moving forwards. In this event stop
the appliance to remove the cause of stoppage.
