insert them.
- Insert the locking ring of the washer
and spring.
- Mount the knob (4).
4.5.3 Assembly of the insulation,
casing support brackets and
casing (fig. 6/a - fig. 6/b)
- Remove the casing's panels and mount
the insulation material (A) around the
boiler body. Secure the insulation with
the two springs provided.
- Mount the eight support brackets of
the casing using the hex head screws
supplied. Only the stringers (1 and 2)
need to be secured to the boiler body
with the four hex socket screws
supplied. The stringers feature the
housing to insert the tab of the side
panel.
- Secure the right side panel of the
casing (B) using six self-threading
screws. Before blocking the side panel
with the screws supplied, make sure
the tab is inserted in the designated
housing on the stringer.
- Secure the left side panel of the casing
(C) using six self-threading screws.
Before blocking the side panel with the
screws supplied, make sure the tab is
inserted in the designated housing on
the stringer.
- Prepare the cable of the door
microswitch for the subsequent
connection to the control panel
- Secure the transversal element (D) to
the side panels with the four self-
threading screws supplied.
- Secure the three rear panels (E-F) with
the 14 self-threading screws supplied.
- Secure the lower panel (G) and the
cover (M) to the side panels with the
pins.
- Mount the control panel as indicated in
4.5.4.
- Mount the deflector (S) on the front
panel with the three screws supplied.
- Mount the front panel (N) by using the
pins.
- Secure the microswitch bracket (P) to
the upper door with the two screws
already mounted on the door.
- Apply the adhesive plate BOILER
TECHNICAL DATA on the right or left
side of the casing so that it is readable
when the equipment is installed.
NOTE: Keep the boiler documents
(t he "Tes t Cer tif icat e" and t he
"Declaration of conformity") that
have been placed inside t he
combustion chamber.
