⇒ Couple the mixing bowl (14) to the appliance.
♦ The motor starts briefly for coupling the mixing paddle.
♦ Vacuum generation starts automatically.

⇒ Do not let go until the bowl stays in place alone and vacuum level bar (23) has passed the halfway
mark!
⇒ Start the mixing process: Press the control knob (1).
♦ The appliance beeps when the mixing cycle has finished.
♦ The time which has elapsed since the end of the mixing cycle is shown in the display.
⇒ Hold the bowl!
⇒ Aerate bowl: Press the control knob (1).
♦ The bowl will be released in a few seconds.
⇒ Remove the mixing bowl.
Abort mixing process
⇒ Stop the mixing process: Press the control knob once.
♦ The appliance will beep.
♦ Mixing process being aborted.
⇒ Hold the bowl!
⇒ Aerate bowl: Press the control knob.
♦ The bowl will be released in a few seconds.
The parameters can also be changed during the mixing process by pressing the relevant parame-
ter key and turning the control knob.
Changes made to the mixing parameter settings during the mixing process will be applied to that
mixing process only and will not be saved.
Cleaning / Maintenance
Inside the appliance there are no parts which require maintenance.
Opening the device, other than for the processes described below, is not permissible!
Cleaning
Use a damp cloth to clean the outside of the unit.
Do not use solvent-based, aggressive or scouring cleaners.
Do not steam clean the appliance.

Seal Surfaces

Clean mixing paddle / bowl and device / mixing paddle sealing surfaces before each mixing cycle.

Spare Parts

You can find components subject to wear and the spare parts on the spare part list in the
internet at www.renfert.com/p918.
Enter the following item number: 18260000 or 18270000.
The components excluded from the warranty (such as consumables or parts subject to
wear and tear) are marked on the spare part list.

Disposal instructions

Within the European Union appliances with this symbol should not therefore be disposed of in
unsorted domestic waste.
