OPERATION

ƒ Turn on the tractor and activate the PTO until it
reaches 540rpm in the PTO. Leave the tractor
engine in neutral position. (Remember that the
tractor brakes are not used, only the Bagger
ones.)
ƒ Activate the lever from the tractor's remote
control and turn on the conveyor belt's hydraulic
engine.
ƒ Activate the brakes from your Bagger. It is
recommended to start the operation with a brake
pressure from 30 to 40 bar.
ƒ Start the feeding, unloading the forage onto the
machine conveyor belt.
ƒ As the bag gets filled, the assembly – machine/
tractor starts moving forward.
ƒ Allow the machine to move forward approximately
2 meters.
ƒ With a tape measure to help you, measure the
recommended lengthening indicated on the
scale, which is printed on the bag. Do not exceed
the bag's maximum lengthening recommended
by the manufacturer. In case the lengthening is
low (when the bag is loose), you should increase
the pressure on the Bagger brakes. If the bag
is overstretched, decrease the pressure on the
Bagger brakes. (See instructions to regulate
brakes pressure on item ADJUSTING THE
BRAKES in this manual).
IMPORTANT!
Keep hoses, brake pads and the hydraulic pump
in good work conditions.
