2 SERVICE CONDITION

2.1 NORMAL/SPECIAL SERVICE CONDITION

2.1.1 Normal service conditions

Unless otherwise specified, the ABW Compact should be used under usual conditions if all subsequent normal working
conditions are met.
1. Ambient temperature:
A range between + 40 °C and -5° C is recommended. However, the average temperature in 24 hours
should not exceed +35 °C.
2. Altitude 2,000 m or less.
3. Environmental conditions:
The air must be clean, and the relative humidity must not exceed 85% with a maximum temperature of +40
°C and 90% at 20 °C. Do not use and store it with corrosive gas or ammonia.
(H2S ≤ 0.01ppm, SO2 ≤ 0.01ppm, NH3 ≤ few ppm)
4. Installation conditions:
Follow the instructions in this manual for the correct installation of the product.
5. Storage temperature:
A range between -20 °C and +60 °C is recommended.
6. Replacement:
Approx. 15 years (depending on the number of overcurrent interruptions or the service condition). See the
maintenance and inspections for additional details.
