Periodically control the clearances between the mast and the forks; if they are excessive
is necessary to regulate the sliding block of the guide group as follows:
1 - with an hexagon ring wrench, unscrew the security dowel (2)
2 - screw the registration dowel (3) until the sliding block (1) comes out recuperating the
excess clearance;
3 - screw again with care the safety dowel (2).
During this operation it is important to avoid decentralization between the fixed mast, the
mobile mast and the forks; to avoid this it is advisable to make short regulations first on
the right side and after on the left side.
Pay attention to not excessively brake the sliding between the forks and the masts
caused to the excessive pressure of the sliding block on the sliding surfaces ; in this case
increase the clearance unscrewing the regulating element (3).
With the "SIMPLEX" lifting system it is possible to execute the clearance regulation only
on the guide group of the forks (on such stackers the mobile beam does not exist).

NECESSARY TO OPERATE ON MAST WITH LIFTING GROUP
RISEN, IS OBLIGATORY TO WEAR THE SAFETY HELMET,
GLOVES AND SAFETY SHOES TO AVOID SERIOUS INJURIES
AND PERMANENT DAMAGES.
