PROGRAM MODE.-
This monitor has ten programs (P-1
Manual Program); (P2; P3; P4; P5;
P6; P7 Preset programs); P8 (HRC
Heart Rate Control); (P9 & P10 User
programs).
Within Programs P2-P7 there are 10
inclination settings (L1– L2– L3......
L9- L10) representing a total of 100
different possible programs.

Press the MODE key when the
machine is READY (the heart symbol
flashing in the central display), the
DISTANCE/PRO
program window will start to flash, use
the (+ -) keys to select a program
setting (P1

As soon as you have selected the
program, press ENTER to confirm it.
The TIME window will now start to
flash. Use the (+ - or ▲▼) keys to
specify the duration of the program
(20–99 minutes). Press the START

up in accordance with the distance

Press the MODE key when the

the programs between P-2 and P-7,
press the ENTER key to confirm it.

to flash. Use the (▲▼) keys to select
a level (L1–L10), press ENTER to
confirm it. The machine will start after
3 seconds shown by the countdown
on the central Program Profile display
(A).
PROGRAM P3 / P7.-
These programs have a timer option.
Press the MODE key when the
machine is READY (the heart symbol
flashing in the central display), the
DISTANCE/PRO window will start to
