ELECTRONIC MONITOR
To give you greater control over the
exercise,
this
provides simultaneous read-outs of
speed/rpm, distance, exercise time,
calories burnt and pulse rate.
SWITCHING ON
Insert the jack (m) on the transformer
(g) into the connection hole (k) on the
main body (A) (bottom, rear of the
machine)
and
transformer into a 220 V mains supply,

The monitor will switch on displaying
the message U1 in the centre of the
screen. Select the user, between U1-
U4, using the ▲/▼keys and then
press the MODE key
The letter "M?" will appear on the
display, press the START/ENTER key
to confirm and the first column of
exertion settings will start to flash. The
set time for each column is 1 minute,

Use the UP▲DOWN▼ keys to select
the exercise exertion level, indicated
at the top of the display (L1-L16) .
Press the START/ENTER key and this
will take you to the next column until
