Attachment of the full-body band to the vibration plate
1. Insert the ends of the full-body band from below through the
eyelets on the side of the vibration plate and stick the two
velcro surfaces together.
Set the length of the full-body band
1. Pull up a small loop on the belt slider
2. Depending on your needs, pull the long end of the strap (2) to lengthen the strap or you pull on the
lower large strap loop (3) to shorten the strap.
3. The small belt loop (1) will tighten again. Open it to adjust the strap again or pull the small loop on
both ends of the strap to start exercising.
Exercises with the full body band
1. Extend the strap so you can put it over your shoulder and run along your arms. As you spread and
hold your arms at the sides of your body, you will feel resistance.
2. Shorten the belt so that you hold the belt evenly tensioned with both hands, while bending your
knees slightly and bending your arms at chest level. (Skier posture)
3. Adjust the belt so that you alternately spread your arms forwards and backwards and the belt runs
over one of your shoulders.
