Load the ink extension chip

Load the ink extension chip into the Printer. A chip is supplied
when you purchase three ink bottles. This ink extension chip
makes it possible to use VX ink continuously.
Loading the ink extension chip into the
chip reader.

Open the chip reader cover.
Note
- Do not apply excessive force on the cover.

Insert the ink extension chip into the chip reader.
Insert the chip in the orientation matching that of the
chip reader, otherwise the chip will not be read.

Close the chip reader cover.
Push it until it locks.

Removing the ink extension chip from the
chip reader.

Remove the chip following the procedure to
load the chip in the reverse order.
Note
- Be careful not store used chip with the new ones.
Follow the procedure below to read the
ink extension chip.
