Transporting and storing the tool
Transport over long distances
The following distances are regarded as "long distances" for the
transport of the tool:
 Distances of more than 10 m,
 Routes across insecure ground
 Routes requiring an unusual body posture.
To transport the tool over long distances, proceed as follows:
 Pack the tool in the transport case supplied (see page 42).
 Carry the transport case at the handle to the desired working
location.
 Set the transport case down only in a horizontal position with the
lid facing upwards.

Storage

 Oil all metal parts of the tool thinly with PREBENA special nailer
oil.
 Pack the tool in the transport case (see page 42).
 Store the tool at room temperature in a dry place protected from
dust.
