Fasteners are not driven
in completely.

Pressure reduction
valve or safety valve
defective.
Pressure reducer
defective.
Working pressure set
too high or tool
damaged.
Working pressure too
low.
Pressure in
compressed air
cartridge too low.
Adjustment wheel of
firing protection device
set wrongly.
The driver tip of the
tool is worn.
Remedy
 Disconnect the tool
immediately from the
compressed air supply
(see page 40).
 Contact Service (see
page 58).
 Disconnect cartridge
from tool.
 Contact Service (see
page 58).
 Reduce working pressure
(see page 33).
If the problem continues to
exist:
 Disconnect the tool
immediately from the
compressed air supply
(see page 40).
 Contact Service (see
page 58).
 Increase working
pressure (see page 33).
 Replace compressed air
cartridge
(see page 19).
 Adjust firing protection
device
(see page 34).
