Using the tool

Select firing setting.

The tool can be set for single firing or for repeat firing. With the
repeat firing setting, the trigger does not have to be pressed every
time. Every firing of the tool drives a nail into the material.
In particular, the trigger setting "repeat firing" must not be used for
the following applications:
 For applications requiring movements with the tool over scaffolds,
stairs, ladders or ladder-like constructions,
 For closing boxes or crates, and
 For the attachment of transport locks.
 For these applications, set the selector switch to "T" (single firing).
The black selector switch (1) for the firing setting is located to the left
of the trigger.
WARNING
Inadvertent firing while changing the firing
setting can lead to serious or even fatal
injuries.
 Never direct the tool towards yourself,
other people or animals.
