 To reduce the nailing depth, turn the adjustment wheel (1) of the
firing protection device in anti-clockwise direction.
 To increase the nailing depth, turn the adjustment wheel (1) of the
firing protection device in clockwise direction.
Checking nailing depth
 Press the tool nose against a wooden test block with the same
characteristics as the material to be nailed.
 Check the setting with a single firing against the test material (see
page 37).
 Repeat these steps until the desired nailing depth is obtained.
