7.4 Function Overviews and applications:
Operation of the E.C.S. control unit is always carried out via the remote control.
This ensures that all functions can be carried out comfortably and in an uncomplicated manner (even
outside of the caravan) - therefore independent of location.
The operating range of the remote control is dependent on the location and battery capacity. As a rule
it is 10m.
The E.C.S control unit receives the code transmitted by the remote control and activates the required
function. The hand transmitter is coded.
Pressing a button on the remote control is signalled by the green LED lighting up.
Should the LED light be weak or no longer light up, then the batteries in the handset must be
changed.
For safety reasons the control unit cannot be switched off via the hand transmitter. The system is only
activated by switching on via the button on the E.C.S.-Control Unit.
Switch on

The system is switched on by push the button.
The red "Power on" LED lights up.

Switching off interrupts current function sequences!
Stopping
If any button on the hand transmitter is pushed during an automatic function, then the current function
is stopped immediately.
During manual function, releasing the respective button affects an immediate function stop
