Problem:
Steadies only raise/lower slowly.
12. Warranty / Defects Guarantee
Defects are guaranteed in accordance with § 10, Figure 1-7, of the General Terms and Conditions of
Business of AL-KO Kober GmbH.
Al-KO has to refuse warranties if alterations or manipulations have been carried out on the control
unit.

... If no voltage, then send in the control unit incl.

Solution:
There is an overload!
Possible causes:
- Steady(ies) stuck (e.g. maximum support
height reached)
- Particularly stiff steady(ies)
- Steadies(s) have been overloaded when rais-
ing/lowering
- Motor connection cable damaged (short circuit)
- System has a limited function at external tem
peratures below 0°C
- due to frozen or iced spindles
- due to the lubricant used having an extremely
high degree of tenacity
In such cases the control unit limits the output
power and sets the output voltage back. (Safety
function)
This prevents the control device fuse from being
triggered in such cases.
If function is not ok
The control device is started again by switching
off and switching on again on the key switch.
The control overload is reset.
If jammed the respective steady can be rectified
using the manual raising/lowering function
(1,2,3,4) on the remote control.
