To turn on the light inside the oven.
This function operates the centre grill element as well as the rotisserie motor.
An ideal way to produce a healthy small roast as all the fats are drained whilst
cooking. Always make sure that the oven pan is in place to collect the fats and
meat juices when cooking.
Select the desired temperature between 50°C and 250°C.
Suitable for very slow cooking and warming up of food.
By turning the thermostat knob, a desired temperature of 50°C to 250°C can be
selected, keeping the door closed. This cooking mode integrates natural
convection and ventilation.
Cooking mode suited to bake bread, pizzas and lasagne.
It is recommended that the oven be pre-heated.
