SUPPORT PAD INSTALLATION AND POSITIONING
IMPORTANT! Support pad installation and positioning should be completed with hardware adjustments, detailed on
the following pages.
Support Pad Installation
1
Align the ball link (A) and the ball ring (B) with the ball
receiver (C).
2
Loosely engage the screws (D) and the safety washers (E)
with the ball receiver (C).
3
Tighten the screws (D).
4
Continue with SUPPORT PAD POSITIONING.
Support Pad Positioning
Note: Premium BodiLink head supports have a preformed curvature for optimal posterior contact, and 10-18" W pads have 2
points of adjustment for additional lateral support.
1
Loosen all the hardware adjustment point screws, allowing
for the full articulation of the head support to a desired
position. Loosening the screws (F) around the ring (G) will
allow support pad orientation adjustment.
2
PREMIUM PADS: To access the wing adjustment screws (HS)
on the 10" - 18"W pads, partially unzip the locking zippers
under the cover flaps. The screw heads are accessible in the
channels.
BASIC PADS: Mold the pad by bending with hands or over a
firm surface. (Basic pads are not shown.)
WARNING: If the screws (F) are not evenly tightened all
around the ring (G), unwanted movement may occur.
3
Continue with "SUPPORT PAD - HARDWARE ADJUSTMENT". If
using the Corpus Headrest Support Pad, see also "ADAPTER
PLATE FOR CORPUS".
Note: Premium BodiLink head support pads may be flipped 180º.
