due to laser radiation.
All housing types are Type 1 enclosure.
The HL18L is an opto-electronic photoelectric retro-reflective sensor (referred to as
"sensor" in the following) for the optical, non-contact detection of objects. A reflector
is required for this product to function. If the product is used for any other purpose or
modified in any way, any warranty claim against SICK AG shall become void.
The sensor complies with the Radio Safety Requirements (EMC) for the industrial sector
(Radio Safety Class A). It may cause radio interference if used in a residential area.
