14 Malfunctions
Event Possible cause
11000 The log output was aborted due to a
connection error.
11001 Several USB sticks are directly connected to
the device
11002 The USB storage medium is not plugged in
although write access to the USB stick has
been requested.
11003 The USB storage medium does not have
enough free space to store the required log
data.
11004 The writing of the log data to the USB
storage medium has failed.
11006 The maximum number of program logs not
output was reached. The oldest log will be
overwritten the next time the program is run.
11007 The printer cover is open while a print job
was being sent.
11008 The paper of the printer is used up.

Please check the connection of the device to
the practice network via the network
interface on the back of the device.
