Press the power switch to the fat pumping unit on the control panel on
the display cabinet (control panel - 3).
When the fat is melted, press the following switches on the control panel:
pot heating, ventilation, and (optionally) site illumination of the display
cabinet (control panel - 5, 7, 8).
Leave the pot with the lid open.
After the appliance has preheated, turn on the fat pumping switch
(control panel - 3).
