7.1. Alarms/Faults Display

Pre-alarm Status Display
If during normal functioning, the temperature of
the cell rises or falls beyond the setpoint,
exceeding the envisioned alarm threshold, the
controller signals the pre-alarm status.
Message with compressor off and low
temperature pre-alarm:
Room
Comp.OFF
GB
Message with compressor on and high
temperature pre-alarm:
Room
Comp.ON
The pre-alarm message is automatically cancelled
if the temperature of the cell goes back within the
standard values within envisioned times.
Recorded Alarm/Fault Display
The alarm/fault message recorded is displayed
when there are HACCP alarms or functional
faults, not yet displayed, are present in the
memory.
 Recorded HACCP alarm message not yet

Acoustic Warning (Buzzer)
The functioning of the acoustic warning (Buzzer)
can be set in the following ways:
 Buzzer disabled;
 Buzzer enabled;
 Buzzer disabled from 00:00 to 06:00
(manufacturer STD).
The following events trigger the buzzer:
HACCP Alarms
 High and low cell temperature.

The acoustic warning will only be re-activated
when another alarm event occurs.
HACCP Alarms
The controller signals any temperature anomalies
in compliance with the HACCP Standard and
records up to 32 events in the memory.
There are three types of temperature alarms:
1. HIGH TEMPERATURE
2. POWER BLACK-OUT
3. LOW TEMPERATURE
For high and low temperature alarms, the pre-
alarm, alarm in progress and alarm triggered
warnings are defined. For black-out alarm, only
the alarm triggered warning is given.
Memorisation of the alarms is sequential: the
alarms recorded after the 32nd eliminate the first
ones recorded.
The controller records the following data for each
alarm:
 TYPE OF ALARM;
 CRITICAL TEMPERATURE OF THE
ALARM;
 DATE/TIME alarm starts;
 DURATION of the alarm (for high and low
temperature alarm);
 DATE/TIME BLACK-OUT starts;
HIGH TEMPERATURE alarm
If, after the alarm delay time, the conditions
should be such to have a difference between the
setpoint set and the temperature in the cell of +
10°C, the buzzer is triggered (activated in
coherence with the selected setting) and the
alarm is recorded in the list of HACCP alarms.
By pressing the
The display alternates normal viewing with
"HACCP alarm" until the temperature read by the
cell probe falls below the pre-fixed value. From
this moment flashing HACCP remains on the

temperature alarm not displayed.
In menu 5 "HACCP" the alarm can be displayed
by pressing
