Menu 05: List of HACCP Alarms
If in Menu 05 the key is pressed, enter the
HACCP alarms display mode.
If there are no alarms recorded "No Data" is
No Data
displayed:
If alarms are recorded, the time of the start of the
last alarm with the progressive alarm number from
A01 to A32 are displayed. By pressing the
key, further information is given relative to the
alarm. If the alarm is still in progress the display
shows Present.
By pressing the and
alarms in the memory can be displayed.
Exit by pressing the key.
Below is an example of data recorded in the case
of a "high temperature" alarm:

Menu 06: List of Alarms E Faults
The display of a functional fault is priority on the
HACCP alarms.
If in Menu 06 the key is pressed, enter the
alarms and faults display mode.
If there are no alarms or faults recorded "No Data"
No Data
is displayed:
Up to 32 alarms/faults can be recorded with the
relative information. By pressing the
keys, any other alarms in the memory can be
displayed.
Below is an example of data recorded in the case
of a "cell probe" fault:

In the models with printer, if the
