LOW TEMPERATURE alarm
If, after the alarm delay time, the conditions
should be such to have a difference between the
setpoint set and the temperature in the cell of +
5°C, the buzzer is triggered (activated in
coherence with the selected setting) and the
alarm is recorded in the list of HACCP alarms.
By pressing the
key, the buzzer is silenced.
The display alternates normal viewing with
"HACCP alarm" until the temperature read by the
cell probe rises above the pre-fixed value. From
this moment flashing HACCP remains on the
display,
indicating

only contemplates the warning phase of a
triggered alarm. If following a black-out, the
conditions should be such to have a difference
between the setpoint set and the temperature in
cell of + 10°C, when the electric power supply is
distributed again a BLACK-OUT alarm is recorded
along with the temperature at that moment.
Notes: when this happens it is recommended to
deactivate the electronic control using the relevant
key before removing the power supply, in
order to prevent alarms being generated.
Important: the deletion of any HACCP alarms
from the controller memory is only possible by
accessing the SERVICE menu, which is protected
by a password; it must be requested from
technical staff.
Faults Alarms
The controller signals any functional alarms and
records up to 32 events in the memory.
There are nine types of fault:
1) Inverted Probes
2) Cell Probe Fault
3) Evaporator Probe Fault
4) Condenser Probe Fault
5) DEFROST ended due to Time Out
6) Compressor Use
7) High Condensation Temperature
8) Dirty Condenser

The data recorded in the case of fault alarm is:
