4.8 CREATING YOUR OWN PROGRAM (P14 - P17)
In programs 14-17, users can define and save their own intensity curves.
Make sure the training computer is in STOP mode (STOP is displayed). If necessary, press the STOP
button.
Press UP or DOWN until the desired user-defined program is displayed. Program 14 = U1, program 15
= U2, program 16 = U3, program 17 = U4.
Confirm with the ENTER key.
The first column flashes. Press UP or DOWN until the desired intensity is displayed in the first
column. Press ENTER to save.
The next column flashes. Press UP or DOWN until the desired intensity is displayed in the first
column. Press ENTER to save.
Repeat until the intensity in each column is set as desired. Press ENTER to save.

4.9 WATT MODE (TARGET POWER; P23)
The computer regulates the resistance in the WATT program (P23) according to the current pedalling power:
- If the current pedalling power is above the target value, the resistance is increased.
- If the current pedalling power is below the target value, the resistance is reduced.
In program 23, users can enter the target power (in watts) as a numerical value.
Make sure the training computer is in STOP mode (STOP is displayed). If necessary, press the STOP
button.
Press UP or DOWN until program 23 is displayed. Confirm with ENTER.
WATT (pedalling power) and other possible target parameters flash one after the other.
(TIME (time duration), DISTANCE (distance) or CAL (calories)).
The preset treadle power is 100 W. WARNING! Never choose a value that is too high!
When the desired parameter is displayed, enter the target value with UP or DOWN . Confirm with the
ENTER key.
Press the START/STOP button on the training computer to start the training.
Note: In the WATT program it is not possible to change the resistance manually.
Never overexert yourself! If the training is too strenuous, reduce the target power!
