Description of Controls
11) Refuse container lifting/lowering lever
Act on the lever to lift or lower the refuse container. A= Lowering the
refuse container. B= Lifting the refuse container
12) Door opening/closing lever for refuse container
Act on the lever to opening or closing the door of resuse container.
A= opening, B= closing
13) Safety bracket for refuse container
Used to lock arms in position when the refuse container is high, for
any checks or other procedures.
15) Fuse holder
See Electric system.
16) Hourmeter
Indicates the number of worked hours
17) Horn button
Push on to sound the horn
18) Battery warning light
For all diesel sweepers the light comes on while the motor is in
operation to indicate a fault: belt is broken, alternator is not charging,
cable is loose, etc.

20) Vacuum fan and shaker switch
Switches on the electric motors which power the vacuum fan and
filter shaker
21) Engine oil pressure warning light (Diesel sweeper)
Lights on to indicate that the pressure inside the engine lubrication cir-
cuit is insufficient (stop the engine and check for low engine oil level).
22) Glow plug pre-heating indicator (diesel sweeper)
The light comes on after the ignition key has been inserted to indi-
cate that the glow plugs are warningup; when it goes out, the engine
is ready to be started.
23) Fuel indicator (diesel sweeper)
Indicates the level of the fuel which feeds the internal combustion
engine.
25) Brushes rotation control lever (diesel sweeper)
Position A = rotation of main and side brushes
26) Engine cooling water temperature indicator (diesel sweeper)
The light switching on and the simultaneus engine switching off indi-
cate that the engine cooling waterhas reached a too high temperature.
