Refuse container

The refuse container is the component in which the refuse picked up by
the brushes is collected.
When the refuse must be unloaded operate as follows:
1) To transfert to the the unloading area keeping the motor switched on
2) Stop the brushes rotation
3) Clean the dust filter (see "Cleaning the dust filters")
4) Switch on the vacuum fan with the switch 20 (fig.1) in fixed position
5) For emptying the refuse to the floor, lifting the container of 50 cm (see
fig.24a)
6) Open the door of the container by its lever untill the refuse are unloa-
ded completely

The refuse container is operated by a hydraulic distributor through a gear pump 1 (fig.16)
The gear pump feeds the hydraulic distributor that through its levers 11 and 12 (fig.1) lifts or lows and open or close the refuse container.

7) For emptying the refuse in height, lifting the container over the appro-
priate bin (see fig. 24b)
8) Shake the dust filters (see point 2)
9) Switch on the vacuum fan (see point 3)
10) Open the door of the container (see point 5)

When the refuse container is lifted to allow specific work, the brackets 1 must be inserted on the
cylinder rods (fig. 25), and lock them by its knobs.
Danger! Crushing of arms!: During the lowering of the refuse container, keep out
hands and arms from the lifting system of the container.
Only the authorized operator can remain near the machine.

Warning!: Afterwards, remember to remove the brackets 1.

Warning!: Before lifting the refuse container make sure that
the sweeper is standing on an even surface.
Make sure that nobody is standing near the sweeper while
lifting and emptying the refuse container.
