Description of Controls
1) Front flap lifting pedal
Push this pedal down to lift the front flap in order to pass it over
rubbish. Press this pedal to lift the flap. Release the pedal as soon as
the material is collected.
2) Forward-Reverse drive pedal
Controls the speed and travel direction of the sweeper.
A= Forward
B= Reverse
3) Brake pedal
This controls the parking brake. Pedal 3 acts on the shoes in the rear
wheels.
4) Brake pedal lock lever
lever 4 locks the pedal in parked position.
5) Starter key-switch
Turning the starter key clockwise to activate the electric system of the
machine as well as the motor is switched on.

0= key can be removed
1= electric system on

Caution!: Wait for the glow plug indicator light (point 22) to go out
before turning the engine ignition key. If the temperature is very
low, repeat the procedure 2-3 times before starting.
Never leave the ignition key turned to I with the engine off.
2= motor start. Release the starter-key as soon as the motor is started
8) Side brush lifting/lowering lever
Pull this lever up to lift the side brush(es) for sweeper transfer purpo-
ses or when you finish work. Push this lever down to lower the side
brush(es) to start sweeping.
9) Main brush lifting/lowering lever
Pull this lever up to lift the main brush for sweeper transfer purposes
or when you finish work. Push the lever down to lower the main brush
to start sweeping.
10) Accelerator control lever (diesel sweeper)
Controls engine speed for sweeping and transfer of machine.
