Válvula con elementos sep-
arables de unión de tubos
PELIGRO
Al abrir las tuberías, los líquidos que se encuentran
dentro pueden salir a presión y dañar a las personas
que se encuentren en la zona.
Por eso, antes de aflojar las uniones semianulares y las
uniones de tubos:
– Vacíe la tubería y, si es necesario, límpiela o enjuáguela.
– Separe la sección de tubería de la válvula a instalar
del resto del sistema de tuberías para evitar la reen-
trada del producto.
Pueden instalarse válvulas con elementos de unión de
tubo separables directamente en el sistema de tuberías,
siempre y cuando se utilice la valvulería adecuada.

PRECAUCIÓN
Para los trabajos de soldadura es necesario retirar de la
carcasa de la válvula todas las piezas de montaje.
Todas las superficies del disco de la válvula son super -
ficies funcionales.
Retire de la carcasa el disco de la válvula sin dañarlo y
almacénelo de forma segura.
• Enjuague la carcasa por dentro con atmósfera protec-
tora para eliminar el oxígeno del sistema.
• Ajuste la caja y fíjela.
• Aplique el método de soldadura TIG a impulsos.
• Suelde la caja al sistema de tuberías (utilizando, si es
necesario, material de aportación de soldadura).
• A continuación, pasive la soldadura.
PRECAUCIÓN
Al montar la válvula, es necesario cambiar siempre los
anillos tóricos de la carcasa para asegurar la posterior
estanqueidad de la válvula.
• Coloque las juntas.
• Monte la válvula.

Valve with detachable
housing connections
DANGER
If liquids are running in the pipe system, they can gush
out when the line is opened and cause injury to people.
Therefore, prior to detaching pipe connection fittings or
clamp connections:
– drain and – if necessary – rinse or clean the pipe.
– disconnect the pipe segment with the valve to be
mounted from the rest of the pipe system to secure the
pipe against incoming product.
Valves with detachable housing connections can be in-
stalled directly into the pipe system, if suitable connec-
tion fittings are used.
Valve with welded
connections
CAUTION
For welding operations, all internals must be removed
from the valve housing.
All valve disk surfaces are functional surfaces.
Remove the valve disk from the housing without
damaging it and put it away safely.
• Purge the housing on the inside with forming gas to
remove oxygen from the system.
• Fit in the housing and tack it.
• Use the TIG welding method with pulsating current.
• Weld the housing into the pipe system, if necessary
using a welding filler.
• After welding, passivate the seam.
CAUTION
When mounting the valve, make sure that the O-rings in
the housing are replaced to ensure the tightness of the
valve.
• Insert the seals.
• Mount the valve.
