Lubricación de juntas y roscas
PRECAUCIÓN
No utilice grasas ni aceites convencionales para lubricar
juntas que estén en contacto con el producto.
No deberán detectarse restos visibles de grasa después
de haber montado la válvula en su totalidad.
Observe las hojas de datos de seguridad del fabricante
del lubricante.
• Engrase las roscas del disco de la válvula y todos los
tornillos.
GEA Tuchenhagen empfiehlt Rivolta F.L.G. MD-2 und
PARALIQ GTE 703. Diese Schmierstoffe sind für
Lebensmittel zugelassen und bierschaumbeständig und
haben die NSF-H1 (USDA H1)-Registrierung.
PARALIQ GTE 703 ist unter der Sach-Nr. 413-064 und
Rivolta F.L.G. MD-2 unter der Sach-Nr. 413-071 bei
Tuchenhagen zu bestellen.
Llevar a cabo la lubricación empleando otras grasas
podría dañar el funcionamiento y deteriorar las juntas
antes de lo debido. Por otro lado, este uso extinguiría
la garantía.
En caso necesario, se puede obtener por parte de GEA
Tuchenhagen una declaración del fabricante de estos
productos.
Las películas finas de aceite en las juntas son necesarias
para garantizar un funcionamiento correcto de los equi-
pos. Reducen el rozamiento y prolongan la vida útil de
las juntas.
Esto no supone ningún riesgo desde el punto de vista
higiénico y de salud.
Evite la marcha en seco!
Montaje

Peligro de daños en el disco de la válvula
Todas las superficies del disco de la válvula son super -
ficies funcionales. Desmonte el disco de la válvula con
cuidado.
Monte la válvula siguiendo el orden inverso al desmon-
taje. Para ello, tenga en cuenta las siguientes indica-
ciones:
• Engrase el anillo de retención y la ranura.

CAUTION
For product contact seals do not use conventional
greases and oils.

lubricant manufacturers.
• Grease the thread of the valve disk and all
screws.
GEA Tuchenhagen recommends Rivolta F.L.G. MD-2
and PARALIQ GTE 703. These lubricants are approved
for foodstuff and is resistant to beer froth and have the
NSF-H1 (USDA H1)-registration.
PARALIQ GTE 703 can be ordered from GEA Tuchen-
hagen under part no. 413-064 and Rivolta F.L.G. MD-2
under part no. 413-071.
Using other types of grease can result in malfunctions or
in premature seal failure. The warranty will also become
null and void.
A Manufacturer's Declaration for these products can be
obtained from GEA Tuchenhagen if required.

if required. A thin film of grease is required on the seals
to ensure the proper function of the fittings. It reduces
friction and extends the service life of the seals.
This is absolutely harmless from a health and hygienic
point of view.
Running dry must be avoided!
Assembling
CAUTION
Risk of damaging the valve disk!
All valve disk surfaces are functional surfaces. Carefully
remove the valve disk.
Assemble the valve in the reverse sequence of disas-
sembly. During assembly, observe the following instruc-
tions:
• Grease the circlip and the groove!
