HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY REPAIR:
Prior to commencement of any work on a Williams Jet Tender, a warranty claim must be approved in writing
by Williams Jet Tenders UK. To obtain warranty repair approval, the original owner must contact their nearest
Williams Dealer/Service Point (https://www.williamsjettenders.com/find-a-dealer/), provide them with the Hull
Identification Number and schedule an inspection. If Williams UK finds that the specific defect and/or damage
is covered under this Limited Warranty, Williams UK will support the Dealer/Service Point with the repair and/
or replacement of parts. Williams does not assume any liability for any work performed on a Williams boat at
an unauthorised Service Centre and/or without Williams' prior approval. All parts replaced under this Limited
Warranty become the property of Williams.
To ensure that you continue to benefit from your Williams Jet Tender Warranty you must:
1) Have your Williams Tender serviced in accordance with the Williams Service Programme as detailed in the
Service schedule section of the Owner's Manual. 2) Report any defect and make the Tender available to an
authorised Williams Dealer/Service Point without undue delay after a defect becomes apparent. 3) Follow any
instructions in the owner's manual or given by an authorised Williams Dealer/Service Agent. 4) Properly use,
maintain, clean and care for your Tender as outlined in your Owner's Manual. 5) Retain maintenance service and
repair inspection records in the event that a question should arise concerning your Tender's history. If a service
has been carried out by a non-authorised Williams Dealer/Service Point, we reserve the right to reject any claim
where the cause of the defect is due to inadequate servicing or the use of non-original specification parts. 6)
Respond correctly to any warning lights that appear on the display information systems and/or centre console
display. 7) Comply correctly with any product safety recalls notified to you by Williams UK or an authorised
Williams Dealer/Service. Failure to comply will invalidate the Warranty for any incident or claim relating to the
product safety recall.
Please Note: Once your warranty has expired, repairs will not be covered and all costs incurred will be the
responsibility of the owner.
